Mediterranean bread

 

Morning and the smell of homemade bread, priceless. I really miss the sun, the sea, the beach. That's how I reminded myself last summer through this recipe. Of course, I'm making new plans for this summer. I would like a sea or Tuscany. What would you like?

But let's at least briefly enjoy the Mediterranean taste. A taste you will adore. 



Ingredients: 
- 3 1/4 cups of gluten-free flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons of dry yeast
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Himalayan salt
- 1 1/2 cups of warm water
- 1 3/4 a cups of chopped olives
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- corn flour for sprinkling

Instruction:
1. Mix all dry ingredients. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt and yeast.

2. Gradually add warm water and knead the dough by hand.

3. Then add the chopped olives and let the dough stand for 15 minutes.

4. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Coat the cake with olive oil and sprinkle with corn flour.

5. Bake the cake for about 30 minutes.

p.s. You can serve bread with cheese, wine or some vegetable spread. It is excellent in all variants.
