Peppers with soy

 


I don't know about you, but I don't eat food that I don't like. I love when the food is nicely served. I’m definitely a little spoiled. But now I can satisfy myself. 

In Serbia, stuffed peppers are mandatory. We have to eat stuffed peppers at least once a week. But mine are a little different. My fillings are a mixture of soy and vegetables. Health comes into your mouth.



Ingredients:
- 3 peppers
- 1/2 cup soy
- 1 onion  
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup tomato
- 3 lactose-free cheese leaves
- spices of your choice

Instructions: 

1. Chop the onion and carrot into small pieces. Fry a little in olive oil.

2. Soak the soybeans in warm water to rise.

3. Add soy and tomato to the vegetables. Then add the spices and cook over low heat.

4. Remove the top of the peppers. Fill with the filling, then add the cheese leaf.

5. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
