Quinoa salad

It took me a very long time to figure out how to cook quinoa. Until I met an old friend and came up with a conversation about it. I often baked it but never cooked it. This time I cooked it and I am delighted with the taste. It is delicious. A little vegetable, a little quinoa and you have a healthy meal.

- half a cup of quinoa
- a cup of water
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 Red onion
- little primrose

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper

Preparation: Add half a cup of quinoa and a cup of water. Cook quinoa for about 15, 20 minutes. Chop the vegetables and mix with the quinoa. Prepare the dressing and mix with the previous mixture. In a few minutes your meal is ready.
