My wellness cookie


Biscuits of only 4 ingredients. Banana, oatmeal, peanut butter and dark chocolate. It can't be bad at all. I called it my wellness cookie. You can eat it before and after training.  It gives you the extra energy you need for training. Homemade cookies are always better than purchased ones.  Your cookies can be ready in 20 minutes.


Ingredients :
- 2 bananas
- 240 g oatmeal
- 120 g peanut butter
- 1/4 cup dark chopped chocolate

Instructions : 

1. Mash the bananas with a fork.

2. Add oatmeal, peanut butter and chocolate. Combine all ingredients.

3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then shape the biscuits.

4. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, 10 to 12 minutes.
